Turn up the music offers subsidies and scholarships for both music teaching and musical instruments for those who may need support.
This is an initiative which we hope parents use if they need to, so that all children can explore and enjoy music. The subsidy is for families who are struggling to afford to keep their primary school aged children in weekly music lessons. Follow the link below to apply.
Emerging Talent Scholarship 2024
You must be nominated by a teacher to be eligible to apply for a scholarship.
The successful applicants for an emerging artist scholarship will have 100% of their weekly lessons fully subsidised for their chosen instrument. There are only three of these awarded for 2024.
If you make it to the short list we will arrange a time to meet the student to talk to them in person about their music aspirations.
This form must be completed before the 30th December 2023
